I can't sign in — what should I do?
Tikel doesn't use passwords — you sign in with a one-time code (OTP) sent to your email, or with Sign in with Apple or Google. Make sure you're using the same method you originally registered with, then try the following:
- Check your internet connection and update Tikel to the latest version.
- Confirm you're entering the correct email, or using the correct Apple / Google account.
- For email sign-in, request a new one-time code and check your spam or junk folder if it doesn't arrive within a minute.
- Fully close and reopen the app, then try again.
If you still can't get in, email tikel-tech@outlook.com from your registered address and we'll investigate.
How do I recover my account?
There are no passwords to reset. To get back in, simply sign in again with your original method — request a new one-time code at your email, or use Sign in with Apple or Google. As long as you have access to that email or provider account, your Tikel account and data are waiting for you.
Lost access to the email tied to your account? Write to us at tikel-tech@outlook.com with as much detail as you can, and we'll help verify your identity and restore access.
How do subscriptions and billing work?
Tikel subscriptions are handled through your app store, so billing, renewals, and cancellations are managed there:
- iPhone / iPad: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Tikel.
- Android: Google Play → profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Tikel.
Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Cancelling stops future charges; you keep access until the end of the current billing period. For refund requests, contact the relevant app store, as they process all payments. Questions? Email tikel-tech@outlook.com.
How do I delete my account?
You can permanently delete your account and associated data at any time, either from inside the app (Profile → Settings → Account → Delete Account) or by emailing us a request.
